3. Physician Directory Disclaimer

Princeton HealthCare System is pleased to provide an online Physician Directory to help individuals find a physician, dentist or other healthcare provider on staff at Princeton HealthCare System. The directory includes independent providers who are engaged in private practice in the community and who are on the Medical Staff at Princeton HealthCare System. Membership on the Medical Staff is subject to renewal.

Princeton HealthCare System respects the right of each individual to choose a healthcare provider to meet his or her needs. Information contained in the individual profiles of physicians, dentists and other health professionals on staff at Princeton HealthCare System was provided by those individuals or members of their staffs. Although each member of the medical staff at Princeton HealthCare System is subject to credentialing, which includes the verification of the staff member's education, qualifications and experience, Princeton HealthCare System has not verified the accuracy of all of the contents of each profile, and the inclusion of a physician, dentist or other healthcare provider in the Physician Directory does not imply endorsement of an individual provider by Princeton HealthCare System. We encourage patients to verify their healthcare providers' qualifications, experience and accomplishments.

When choosing a healthcare provider, it is the patient's responsibility to verify that provider's participation in Medicaid, Medicare or the individual patient's insurance plan. Please note, those physicians, dentists and other health professionals on staff at Princeton HealthCare System do not necessarily participate in the same insurance plans as Princeton HealthCare System.

Unauthorized attempts to modify or modifications of any information stored on Princeton HealthCare System's web pages may result in criminal prosecution.
